My interest in photography started as a teen when I took a photograph of the Big Dipper during a week at the Algonquin Space campus. After graduating college I got my first camera and started my photographic journey.

When first starting I took an initial class at Niagara College to understand the basics of photography and then learned through various books, magazines, workshops and, most importantly, through my friends and fellow photographers.
